ডেভেলপমেন্ট ফর চিলড্রেন অ্যান্ড উইমেন ইনিশিয়েটিভ সোসাইটি – ডিসিডব্লিউআইএস একটি অলাভজনক এবং স্বেচ্ছাসেবী গবেষণা ও উন্নয়ন প্রতিষ্ঠান যা সুবিধাবঞ্চিত শিশুদের, মহিলাদের পাশাপাশি নৃতাত্ত্বিক এবং দলিতদের জন্য কাজ করে।

Development for Children and Women Initiative Society – DCWIS is a non-profit and volunteer research and development organization that works for disadvantaged children, women as well as indigenous and Dalit people. 

ডিসিডব্লিউআইএস সকল নারী ও শিশুদের জন্য মানবাধিকার, মর্যাদা এবং সমতা নিশ্চিত করার পাশাপাশি তাদের পরিবর্তনশীল সামাজিক ব্যবস্থার সাথে খাপ খাইয়ে নিতে সহায়তা করে এবং মানুষ, পৃথিবী এবং ভবিষ্যৎ প্রজন্মের জন্য ইতিবাচক পরিবর্তনের জন্য প্রচেষ্টা চালিয়ে যায় । DCWIS emphasizes to ensuring human rights, dignity and equality for all women and children as well as support them to adapt to changing social systems and continue the best efforts to undertake benevolence activities for positive changes for people, the planet and future generations. The company of friends makes me find warmth when I am lonely.

প্রতিটি মানুষ- জাতি, ধর্ম, বর্ণ, ও গোষ্ঠী নির্বিশেষে সবাই প্রশিক্ষণে অংশগ্রহণ করতে পারবেন। উন্নয়ন-সংক্রান্ত প্রশিক্ষণে অংশগ্রহণের ক্ষেত্রে কোন ধরনের  বৈষম্য ডিসিডব্লিউআইএস সমর্থন করে না।

Everyone can join the training session regardless of people, caste, colour, religion and creed. There is discrimination to development participation in the development-related training of the people.

শিশু উন্নয়ন প্রশিক্ষণে আমরা তিনটি বিষয়ের উপর জোর দেই, যা হল শিশুর সামাজিকীকরণ প্রক্রিয়া, জাতীয় ও আন্তর্জাতিক পর্যায়ে শিশু বিষয়ক আইন, পরিকল্পনা ও নীতি বিশ্লেষণ, এবং শিশু বিষয়ক কাউন্সিলিং, পরামর্শ এবং প্রেষণা প্রদান ইত্যাদি।

In the child development program, we really emphasize the three aspects of the phenomenon, which are the child socialization process, analysis of national and international planning, policy and legislation of child development and child counseling and motivation. 

ডিসিডব্লিউআইএস সবসময় জটিল ও অবহেলিত সামাজিক বিষয়ের উপর প্রাধান্য দেয়। এছাড়া ডিসিডব্লিউআইএস সামাজিক সংহতি, সামাজিক কার্যক্রম এবং মানবাধিকারের উপর বিশেষ গুরুত্ব প্রদান করে ।

We give the most priority to neglect and complicated social issues. We also focus on social cohesion, social action and human rights.

ডিসিডব্লিউআইএস শান্তি, সমৃদ্ধি এবং ভ্রাতৃত্ব বাস্তবায়নের জন্য মানুষ, পৃথিবী এবং ভবিষ্যৎ প্রজন্মের জন্য টেকসই, নৈতিক এবং মানবিক উন্নয়নের দিকে মনোনিবেশ করে।

We focus on sustainable, ethical and humanitarian development for people, the planet and future generations to implement peace, prosperity and fraternity.  

বৈষম্যমুক্ত সমাজব্যবস্থা যেখানে সুবিধাবঞ্চিত নারী ও শিশুসহ সকল মানুষ সমান সুযোগ, ন্যায়বিচার ও মর্যাদা পাবে। এছাড়া ডিসিডব্লিউআইএস দারিদ্র্য, বেকারত্ব, অশিক্ষা ও অন্যায় দূরীকরণে অঙ্গীকারবদ্ধ ।

 ‍ৃ A disparity-free society where all people including disadvantaged women and children get equal opportunities, justice and dignity for long-lasting changes. We also pledged to eradicate poverty, unemployment, illiteracy and injustice.

Yes, everyone can contribute to making the DCWIS’s mission and vision. You can become a member of the DCWIS as a volunteer, apprentice and employee.
